RedRing Solder has developed a range of Q-series of liquid fluxes for all lead free application with soldering performance equivalent to that of conventional soldering using leaded solder.

Specially selected activator systems provides excellent soldering quality even in air and ensuring good wettability to obtain reliable joints in lead free soldering.

  • Analyzed with humidity chamber & SIR tester
  • To measure insulation resistance of flux as per JIS Z 3197, J-STD-004, Bellcore.
